8. Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Codeatik, we aim to deliver high-quality web development, app development, and graphic design services. Clients may request cancellation before a project begins for a full refund. Once work has started, cancellation requests must be made in writing, and charges will apply based on the work completed. Any advance payment may be partially refunded after deducting completed work costs. We also reserve the right to cancel a project due to lack of communication, delayed payments, or violation of agreed terms.

Refunds are only considered if requested within [X days] of payment and before substantial work or major milestones are completed. Payments for completed work, delivered services, or approved designs are strictly non-refundable. In cases where a project is terminated by Codeatik for unavoidable reasons, a partial refund may be issued depending on the remaining scope of work. Please note that any third-party expenses, including domain registration, hosting, plugins, or software licenses, are non-refundable.

Refunds will not be granted for change of mind after project initiation, delays caused by the client, or dissatisfaction after approval of work. Any issues related to third-party services are also excluded from refunds. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and issued through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
